Yarn warehouse built in 1889 by the former weaving mill Mathieu van Delden in Gronau. Because of its location on the banks of the river Dinkel, the building is also called "Dinkellager." The location was in use for the "Landesgartenschau" in 2003, for which nine different artificial islands ("Inselpark Klein-Venedig") were created.
